1953-1958 Hornby-Dublo Tin-plate BRITISH RAILWAYS Wagons

In 1953 the locomotives and rolling stock was brought up to date and became BRITISH RAILWAYS and the LMS, GWR, LNER & SR liveries were gone forever from the Hornby-Dublo range. Although the tanker wagons continued to be produced beyond 1958, the tin-plate wagons in BR livery were to last 5 years before being replaced by high quality plastic wagons starting in 1958.
